Where is my order?

Very bad customer service. It has been more than a month and my order has not been delivered. I will not be using this company again ever.

I ordered on 10 of January and my parcel arived only on 18 of February. I understand all the situation with Covid-19 and BREXIT, but I think It was way too long and the most annoying part that DECIEM company didn’t react to my mails.
I don’t know if I would like to order another time from them :)
P.S. But good part is that I received my products which are sold out in all other shops :)

If I could give a zero star review I would. This has been the worst experience I’ve had. I’m on my way to the hospital with serious chemical burns all over my face and eyes from this product after just one use. I’ve also tried contacting the company with no response whatsoever. I’m so tempted to sue and it’s not even funny. My face will be scarred for life because of this product. NEVER USE THIS EVER

Save your money... I ordered several items (I live in Canada and they shipped from their Canadian office). The package never came. It never even left the original drop off centre according to my tracking number. Deciem will not refund items or reship them until the original package is returned to sender, which will never happen. They will not keep you in the loop when a ticket is created with the shipping company (in my case Canada Post). They do nothing to help you. They take your money and tell you to "kick rocks". I'm absolutely gutted I gave them my money when I could have saved it during these times. My acne has been getting really bad and I thought I had some hope with the products they advertised but its all a big scam. Now I'm out the money and I have nothing to show for it...

I've ordered 2 days ago, still don't have any mail telling me the confirmation of my order, don't have any order number.
I've tried to call them a thousand times but still have no answer.
They already took the many from my account time ago. After reading all the comments I'm really scared, plus my friend already ordered in DECIEM and told me that's not normal at all.

I placed my order on DECEMBER 22th and my products didn't arrive yet.
It took almost a month to get to my city and when it did get here it got returned to the UK because the post officer said my address was wrong but it wasn't!!!
Now I'm trying to get in touch with them for over 3 days and they don't reply!
This shows how much respect they have for their clients.

Awful customer service. I recently purchased 3 foundations but only 2 came in the post bearing in mind i had paid for 3, I contacted customer service regarding this issue but it has still not been resolved and I have not heard back from them at all.

I wouldn’t have ordered it I knew the extent of the waiting period. Contacted customer service and never received a response.
2 stars for the products being good but will always go third party from here on out.

Had issues during my first attempt to buy goods from them (they somehow didn't accept my debit card), but everything was good when I tried again next morning. Fast delivery, needed to wait only two days. So overall normal experience in their online store.

Love the niacinamide and glycolic acid. Game changer. Wish it the vitamin c range was always fully stocked

I came back to leave a review, just because after I made my first order on deciem.com I got worried I won't receive it, because of all the bad reviews lately here. I made my order on 13.08.2020. I received the email confirming it right away, but until 18.08 I kept checking the order status and nothing was happening, as well I checked here and got worried because of all the complains. But on 18.08 at my 10 PM (I'm from Romania), I received the dispatch e-mail. Today on 24.08 I got my order! Happy client here! :) So after 3 working days from ordering got the dispatch email and other 4 working days later I got my products. I hope my review help the ones being worried to order from Deciem. Totally satisfied about the whole experience, considering it was a good deal for me ordering directly my products from Deciem - a bit lower prices than from local online stores, and no international shipping fees for orders over 25 Euro, while ordering from local stores I had to have at least 60 Euro order. Yes I will for sure order again. Thank you Deciem!
